- prepare and structure the ability to transfer all or part of the deposited funds to other bank accounts in TOP European Bank.
- prepare, structure and accompany an « Alternative Project Funding Concept » for the client, with the purpose to enter one or several private structured buy/sell agreements, or other Investments on the Client’s sole decision, to be able to realize the funding for his projects.
- Enter into sub service agreements to pre-negotiate and prepare (not to conclude) one or several discretionary asset management mandate(s) with registered asset management entities.
